മുംബൈ ശാഖയുടെ 448 മത് ഭരണസമിതി യോഗം 23-02-2025നു ശ്രീ വി. പി മുരളീധരൻ്റെ സാന്താക്രൂസിലുള്ള വസതിയിൽ വെച്ച് 10.30 AMനു പ്രസിഡണ്ട് ശ്രീ എ പി രഘുപതിയുടെ അദ്ധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ കൂടി. മാസ്റ്റർ ആദിത്യ പ്രമോദിൻ്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടെ യോഗം ആരംഭിച്ചു.
ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ കാലയളവിൽ അന്തരിച്ച ശാഖാ അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾക്കും അനുശോചനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
സെക്രട്ടറി മുൻ യോഗ റിപ്പോർട്ട് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത് യോഗം അംഗീകരിച്ചു. ഖജാൻജി അവതരിപ്പിച്ച കണക്കുകളും അംഗീകരിച്ചു. ഫെബ്രുവരി 28നു മുമ്പായി ഈ വർഷത്തെ വരിസംഖ്യാ സമാഹരണം പൂർണ്ണമാക്കുവാൻ അംഗങ്ങളോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു.
ശാഖയിലെ ഒരംഗത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ചികിത്സാ സഹായാഭ്യർത്ഥന യോഗം ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുകയും ഇത്തരുണത്തിൽ ഏരിയ അംഗം നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സഹായാഭ്യർത്ഥന പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണെന്നറിഞ്ഞതിനാൽ ശാഖയുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക പരിമിതിയിൽ ചെയ്യാവുന്ന ഒരു തുക അംഗത്തിന് നൽകാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. കൂടാതെ കേന്ദ്രത്തോടും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് കഴിയുന്ന ഒരു സഹായം നൽകുവാൻ അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
ഇനിയും വരാനിടയുള്ള ചികിത്സാ സഹായാഭ്യർത്ഥനകളെ മുൻ നിർത്തി ചികിത്സാ സഹായ നിധിയിലേക്ക് അംഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഉദാരമായ സംഭാവനകൾ അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് ഒരു സർക്കുലർ നൽകുവാൻ സെക്രട്ടറിയെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി.
അടുത്തുവരുന്ന ഈ വർഷത്തെ പരീക്ഷ കണക്കിലെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ പിക്‌നിക് ജൂൺ-ജൂലൈ മാസങ്ങളിൽ നടത്തിയാൽ മതിയെന്ന അഭിപ്രായം ഉരുത്തിരിഞ്ഞു.
കേന്ദ്രവാർഷികത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഇരിഞ്ഞാലക്കുട ശാഖാ സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ കത്ത് യോഗം ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുകയും അടുത്ത യോഗത്തിന് മുമ്പായി അംഗങ്ങളോട് ആരാഞ്ഞ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുവാനുള്ള പരിപാടികളെക്കുറിച്ച് അറിയിക്കാൻ കലാവിഭാഗത്തെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി.
തുടർന്ന് അടുത്ത യോഗം മാർച്ച് 23നു Online ൽ ചേരുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ച്, ജോ. സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ നന്ദിപ്രകാശനത്തോടെ യോഗം സമാപിച്ചു.
The 448th Governing Council meeting of the Mumbai Sakha was held on 23-02-2025 at 10.30 am at the residence of V P Muraleedharan at Santacruz which was presided over by President Shri A P Raghupathi. The meeting started with the prayer of Master Adithya Pramod.
Condolences were offered to the shakha members and community members who passed away in the recent past.
The meeting approved the previous meeting report presented by the secretary and accounts submitted by Treasurer. Members have been requested to complete this year’s subscription collection before February 28.
The meeting discussed the request for medical assistance received from a member of the Sakha and it was decided to give an amount to the member within the financial constraints of the Sakha as it was found that the aforesaid request for assistance is a very deserving case as reported by the area member. It was also decided to request the Centre to provide him with whatever help they could.
The Secretary was tasked to issue a circular requesting generous contributions from the members to the Medical Assistance Fund in view of the requests for further medical assistance in similar scenarios.
Considering this year’s upcoming exams, there was an opinion that the picnic should be held in June-July.
The meeting discussed the letter of Irinjalakuda Sakha Secretary regarding the central AGM and tasked the arts department to enquire with the members before the next meeting and inform them about the programmes to be performed.
Then it was decided that the next meeting would be held online on March 23rd. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the Joint Secretary.
