Babu Naryanan, alias Babu Pisharody was a famous Malayalm film director. He has directed more than 25 Malayalam movies. He started his directorial venture with movie “Anagha” in 1989. He together with Anil Kumar directed popular movies like Maanthrikacheppu, Sthreedhanam, Kudumba Vishesham, Aramanaveedum Anjoorekkarum, Kaliyoonjal and Pattabhishekam. Last movie they done together was Parayam in 2004. Later he took a break from movies. He made a comeback in 2013 with the Malayalam movie To Noora with Love.
Born to Late Thalakkulathur Pisharath Narayana Pisharody and Pathappiriyath Pisharath Devaki Pisharasiar at Calicut. He is married to Jyothi. The couple has two children, Darssan and Sravana.
Sravana has ventured in to acting through film “Thattinpurath Achutha” as heroine.
Sorry to hear the sad and sudden demise of Mr. Babu Naraynan. It will be a loss to the samajam and film industry too.
